This is a Cambodian traditional song. Lungvek is referring to an ancient city that became the capital of Cambodia in the 16th century, Neary Lungvek ( Lungvek lady), and the song lyrics talked about the ladies in Lungvek; they preserved traditions from their ancestors. They are brave or courageous, they would sacrifice for the nation and the country. They would fight and protect their land.
